AI Center: Personalizing AI for Your Organization
Learn how Organization Admins use the AI Center to give BEEM's AI features context about your business, including identity, branding, and custom instructions that shape every AI-generated answer, dashboard, and report.
The AI Center is where Organization Admins describe their business to BEEM's AI. Everything you enter is injected as context into AI features such as AI Insights and generated dashboards, so the AI produces answers and visuals that fit your organization.
Open the AI Center
- Click Settings in the left sidebar (Organization Admin only)
- Select the AI Center tab
- You will see four sections: Identity, Branding, Advanced, and AI Context Prompt
Changes save automatically as you move between fields. There is no separate save step for the AI Center.
Describe Your Identity
- Open the Identity section
- Complete the fields that describe your business:

| Founded | The year the business was founded |
| Company type | Privately held, publicly traded, non-profit, government, and similar |
| Number of employees | Approximate full-time headcount (a range is fine) |
| Products and services | What you sell, build, or deliver |
| Mission or vision | Why the business exists and what it aspires to |
| Markets served or target expansion | Geographies, segments, or verticals you serve today and where you want to expand |
The more fields you complete, the more accurate the AI's recommendations become.
Set Up Your Branding
- Open the Branding section
- Upload a Light logo and a Light icon (PNG or SVG, up to 2 MB)
- Optionally add Dark logo and Dark icon variants for dark backgrounds. Dark variants fall back to the light versions when missing.
- Define your color palette across four groups:

AI-generated dashboards, reports, slides, and emails render with these tokens whenever they carry your brand.
Manage Brand Themes
- In the Branding section, use the Themes selector
- Each theme owns its own logo, icon, and color palette
- Create, rename, delete, and switch between themes as needed
- When generating a dashboard, you can pick which theme to apply
Add Advanced Instructions (Optional)
- Expand the Advanced section
- Enter free-text Additional instructions. This text is appended verbatim to the AI system prompt.
- Use this sparingly. Keep instructions short and specific.
Review the AI Context Prompt
- Expand the AI Context Prompt section
- This shows exactly what AI features see about your organization, and updates as you edit
- Click Copy to copy the rendered context
Where Your AI Context Is Used
- AI Insights: context shapes natural-language answers about your data
- Generated dashboards and reports: branding tokens style AI-generated visuals
- Slides and emails: AI-generated artifacts render with your logo, icon, and palette
Tips for Better Results
- Complete the Identity section first. It has the biggest impact on answer quality.
- Add dark logo and icon variants so generated artifacts look right on dark backgrounds
- Use the AI Context Prompt preview to confirm what the AI will see before relying on it
- Keep your identity details current as your business evolves
