Connections: Linking Your Business Systems
Learn how to connect your business systems to BEEM using 750+ connectors, including setup, authentication, verification, and ongoing connection management.
Connections let you bring data from your business tools into BEEM. With 750+ available connectors, you can integrate virtually any system your organization uses.
Open the Connections Page
- Click Connections in the left sidebar
- You will see all configured connections organized by type
Add a New Connection
- Click New Connection (top-right)
- The Select Integration dialog displays 750+ available source types
- Search for your system or browse by category (Human Resources, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Support, Productivity, Database, Security, and more)
- Select your connector
Complete the Setup Wizard
- Review the connector documentation
- Enter your credentials (API keys, username/password, OAuth, etc.)
- Click Test to verify the connection works
- Click Confirm to deploy
Verify Data Is Flowing
- Go to the Datalake in the left sidebar
- Find your new connection in the list
- Confirm that source tables are appearing after the initial sync completes
- Click on tables to preview the data
Connection Types

Managing Existing Connections
- Find the connection in your list
- Click the three-dot menu next to it
- Choose an action:
- Rename: Enter a new name and confirm
- Pause: Halts data syncing temporarily (useful during maintenance or to reduce DPU consumption)
- Resume: Restart a paused connection
- Delete: Remove a connection no longer needed
Important Notes
- Connections are organization-level, shared across all workspaces
- Only Organization Admin users can create and manage connections
- A status badge shows whether each connection is Active, Paused, or Failed
